Client's Request
The client envisioned a home that radiates peace and timelessness—a space that feels calm yet refined, soft yet thoughtfully designed. She wanted an interior that uses beige and gentle hues to create a soothing atmosphere, while also being practical and easy to maintain. With three cats in the household, durability, cleanliness, and functional planning were essential considerations. Above all, she desired a well-balanced home that looks beautiful without feeling overwhelming.
What we did
Working with the home’s unique layout, we designed the space to retain a bright, airy feel, ensuring natural light could travel smoothly throughout the interior. At the same time, we have also planned a separation to keep the cats away from the main living area without compromising openness or flow.
Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed by a warm and spacious kitchen—one of the key highlights of the design. It sets the tone with soft-beige finishes, clean lines, and an inviting atmosphere. Since the clients enjoy indulging in Chinese tea during their downtime, we also curated a dedicated tea room that reflects their rituals and appreciation for quiet moments.
Each room was tailored to express the personality and preferences of its occupant, ensuring that while the colour palette remains cohesive, every space carries its own story. The result is a serene, well-balanced home that celebrates calm living, thoughtful design, and the everyday joy of simple rituals.
